Is this tour wheelchair accessible?Unfortunately, our vintage fire engine does not have wheelchair accessibility. However, we strive to accommodate guests to the best of our ability. Please contact us in advance with any questions about accessibility.

Do you still offer fire gear for passengers to wear during the tour?Authentic fire jackets are offered at the start of each tour.

Are there restroom stops for this tour?There are restrooms nearby at the starting point and end of our tour that we can direct to.

Do your tours operate in the rain?Since we are an open top tour, we do not run in the rain. We watch the weather very closely and if we need to cancel due to rain, we will contact you and offer a refund or reschedule based on your preference and our availability.

What should I wear?The weather in San Francisco changes daily and can even change from one area of the city to the next throughout the day. We find it's best to layer your clothing and be prepared to adjust for warmth or cool.

What is your cancellation policy?For a full refund, we require 48-hour prior notice from the date and time of departure.

Does the tour stop for photos along the way?Yes, about halfway through the tour we make a brief stop for photos at Fort Baker, the base of the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge from below, looking across the Bay at the San Francisco skyline.

Is there parking available?There is a parking garage available immediately across from where we depart as well as lots of metered parking in the area.

What is the duration of the tour?Our Classic tours last 90 minutes, private chartered tour times vary.

Is gratuity included in the tour price?Gratuity is not included in booking price but always appreciated by our crew for a job well done!

Do I need to arrive earlier than the departure time?Yes, please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your tour time to ensure a timely departure and give yourself time to park.

Do I need to print my voucher or receipt?Once your reservation is confirmed we will add your name to our daily passenger list, however it's helpful to keep your confirmation for tour information and instructions.

Do you cross the Golden Gate Bridge?Absolutely! Our Classic Golden Gate Bridge is a highlight of San Francisco and our tours!

Where can I buy tickets?Reservations can be made online through our website. If a date you are interested in is not shown on our calendar as available, please call us at 1 (415) 333-7077 and we may be able to open a tour depending on our availability.

Where do your tours start and end?Our classic tours begin and end at 650 Beach Street in Fisherman's Wharf.

Do you offer Alcatraz tour packages?As of right now we are not offering our Alcatraz tour packages, however these reservations can be made separately through each of our websites. For Alcatraz tickets: www.alcatrazcruises.com

Is there a place I can store my luggage while taking the tour?n store my luggage while taking the tour? There is not a secure place to store bags at our departure location. We recommend you store at your hotel which can be handled by the concierge even before or after checkout. We do not recommend storing any items of value in your vehicle.

Is there an age limit?We welcome all ages! Children under 2 are free if on a parent's lap.
